Before leaving the area we stopped for lunch followed by the obligatory (at least in my mind) banana split from the Ft. Davis Drug Store. We were half good in that we shared a burger and then shared the banana split).  I posted this picture when we were here before (and how we knew about the banana split).  Here are also a few pictures of Ft. Davis (almost the whole town!). Aren’t they wonderful old buildings?  Can’t you just see “the Duke” riding into town?
