Oban, Day 2

Had to do laundry today so we asked and were directed to a laundry down the hill (of course) that washed, dried, and folded our laundry in two hours. In the meantime, we walked along George Street which runs alongside the water. The rain caught us at one point and we got pretty wet so we went up to a bar called The View and had something hot to drink. It did have quite a view.

Getting wet!
Our guest house is just to the left and below the McCaig’s Tower (you’ll have to enlarge this to see the tower).
Up to the View for a hot drink. This is Marilyn quite often in England and Scotland. Everything is up and down.
Felt like we were back in Venice when we looked over this rail.
Sunshine on Mull!
