Here is the bride with her mother prior to dressing for the ceremony.  And here are the groomsmen (and woman – John’s sister, Sara, was his best person). These guys (and gal) had way too much fun.  But it was that kind of day.

Miriam, John’s cousin-in-law from Olympia, WA, made the fabulous carrot cake. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a very windy afternoon and evening so she was not able to stack it in tiers and it was served inside.  None of that did anything to detract from it’s amazing taste, however.

 Here is the baker with her husband, Ryan, sister-in-law, Rebecca, and daughter, Reyna.  Ryan and Miriam also assisted Maggie’s brother in providing the music for the ceremony.

There is a family joke about the animals on the cake but we don’t know what it is. The bigger the family, the harder it is to keep up.
