The trip from VA to NM was wonderfully uneventful (unlike the trip east). We pushed some so we could spend a couple of nights in Boerne, TX with Marilyn’s sister, Betty.  Then a couple of days in El Paso to do a little shopping (anyone who knows Marilyn knows she only does a little shopping). The weather is lovely in El Paso (highs in the low 60s).
