This is an unusual restaurant near the airport in Colorado Springs (fitting I think since the Air Force Academy is also in that city).  The food was actually not expensive comparatively and was quite tasty.  Below the restaurant is an interesting museum area.  One can choose to eat downstairs which is mostly museum or upstairs in the “belly” of the plane and they encourage you to visit the cockpit.
