While in Eagle Nest the girls again went horseback riding  This was the first time Charlotte was old enough to ride without being tethered to an adult on another horse. They took the time to make sure she and Kate knew how to turn and stop their horses. They did fine and really seemed to like it.  Of course, my favorite cowboy went along.
