Kate had a school choral concert this evening. She refused to tell us what the Washington Irving Middle School 8th Grade Girls’ Chorus was singing (usually she is huming or singing them well ahead of time) so we were all a little surprised to find in the program that she had a small solo.  Singing is her main love and she is very excited that next year (in high school) she will have a choice of several groups and can use two of her electives to sing!  Her little sister has to attend all these concerts but at least now she can play games on her phone.
