We continued our travels passing into Canada (the granddaughters were very disappointed that they no longer stamp passports) and beginning to see the awesome Canadian Rockies.
After Bob and I struggled so to see the Bighorn Sheep at Glacier, we saw this herd right in town (Radium Springs) as we were seeking lunch. Not only that but they virtually crossed the street in the crosswalk!
The rivers were of amazing color – sometimes very green while other times very blue. We were told the color differences reflected what was brought down with glacial melt.
The mountains were a constant marvel. We couldn’t get enough of the changing vistas and as wonderful as Bob’s pictures are, they cannot begin to do justice to those mountains.
