Had to get late lunch/early dinner before the long trek back to Putney so we stopped at the King’s Arms because they had small kegs in the window advertising a pale ale. Marilyn had a half pint and found it quite nice. Lunch was fish and chips for Marilyn and a steak and ale pie for Bob. He found the ”steak” to be a rather inferior meat. We think it was a pretty typical pub lunch. Marilyn did see, after we ordered, that they actually had nachos on the menu.
