Late afternoon was so beautiful I spent time on a jigsaw puzzle which Bob came outside and helped me finish.  Then it was fire time and the hosts (Sonny and Jeanette) came down and joined us for a while.  Then their “pet” deer, Backstrap (apparently named by Sonny for the juiciest, best part of the deer), came by for a brief visit.  He has been coming up to their site since he was about 6 months old and will eat right out of their hand as you can see in the picture. Bob and I were amazed he would come that close to all of us.  He was a little skittish of the whirligig hanging near Sonny.
